Employer Brand Builder
What it does
Most early-stage companies don't have a careers page, and the ones that do usually have a page that says nothing. This skill fixes that in two phases.
Phase A builds your employer brand file. It sweeps what's already out there about you (your site, LinkedIn, press, your founders' profiles), then interviews you in short batches: the mission, why someone would join you over somewhere bigger, what's true about how you work, who thrives here and who won't, the deal, the founder story. It writes all of it into one file, employer-brand.md. That file is what the Hiring skill reads when you go to market, so the job ad starts from who you are rather than from a blank page.
Phase B turns it into a careers page, as far as you want to take it. The core is four blocks: why this and why now, how we work, the deal, and a note from the founder. Add the rest from a menu when you have it: who does well here, the team, how we hire, open roles, questions people ask. It will push you to record a founder video, and it's clear that this doesn't need to be polished. Off your phone is fine. Candidates are working out who you are and whether they'd get on with you, and ninety seconds of your face does that faster than any copy. You'll come across as more likeable and approachable than anyone could get from a job ad.
If your site tool is connected (Webflow, Lovable, Notion and others) it drafts the page, shows you a preview and publishes when you say yes. If nothing's connected it hands you the page as markdown and clean HTML with a note on where to put it.

How to install
To use this skill in Claude, turn on code execution and web search in Settings (web search is what lets the skill sweep what's already out there about your company), then go to Customize > Skills and upload the ZIP file. Once it's installed, just describe what you need - 'help me build our employer brand' or 'write our careers page' - and Claude will use it. Check the version date; we update tools when the law or rates change, so grab the latest from the Library.
